AIA GRAND RAPIDS STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2015
Announcing the American Institute of Architects Grand Rapids Chapter Student Scholarship recognizing a deserving junior, senior, or master degree architecture student having the characteristics and qualities critical to achieving success and leadership in the architecture profession.
The recipient of the scholarship will receive $1,000 to be applied to the cost of attending an NAAB accredited program and/or a Bachelors Degree program in Architecture including tuition, room and board fees, books, and other educational related fees.

Lee J. Brockway Scholarship 2015

The MWGL Lee J Brockway Scholarship is a regional competitive, merit based award program designed to provide financial support for high school students accepted into college. Each academic year, one (1) student will be selected as the recipient of a $1,000 scholarship award. The student selected should be intending to enroll in a field related to educational facility planning and design. These would include, but not be limited to, architecture, engineering, interior design, facility planning, and construction management.
The MWGL Region seeks students who meet the following eligibility requirements:
Reside in one of the following locations: States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and the province of Ontario, Canada.
Currently enrolled in the twelfth grade.

The MWGL Region seeks students who demonstrate a balance of the following characteristics:
Outstanding character, integrity, and self-motivation.
Outstanding leadership potential.
Active participation in school and community activities.
Creativity and vision.
